KNIGHTHAWKS TO HONOR NATIONAL CHAMPION HAWKEYES BEFORE DEC. 21 GAME
(Rochester, NY)... On Saturday, December 21, the Rochester Knighthawks will honor the 2024 National Collegiate Box Series champion Hawkeyes. The players will be recognized before the Knighthawks’ 7:00 p.m. contest against the Saskatchewan Rush at The Blue Cross Arena.
The Hawkeyes are one of four in the Upstate Collegiate Box Lacrosse League, operated by the Knighthawks and Buffalo Bandits. The Rochester-based team is coached by Knighthawks Dan Coates, Ryland Rees, Thomas McConvey, and Knighthawks equipment manager Brenden Dobbins.
The 2024 version of the Hawkeyes was a dominant team, going 14-0 this season. The Hawkeyes won the league championship for the third straight season and advanced to the National Championships.
